Patient Care Coordinator (a.k.a. Smile Maker)
Do you love working with kids, staying busy, and making people feel welcome? Our pediatric dental office is looking for an energetic, positive Patient Care Coordinator who can keep things running smoothly while bringing good vibes to our team and our patients.
No dental experience? No problem. We can teach the technical stuff—you bring the attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly face (and voice!) that welcomes kids and parents to our office
- Schedule appointments like a pro—keeping things efficient without losing your cool
- Help families feel comfortable by explaining what to expect before and after visits
- Keep patient info organized and up to date (yes, details matter here!)
- Support the team with charts, paperwork, and keeping the day flowing
- Jump in wherever needed—we’re a team, and we help each other out
What We’re Looking For
- Positive energy and a “let’s figure it out” mindset
- Great communication skills—you can talk to anyone (kids, parents, teammates)
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask without dropping the ball
- Willingness to learn—we’ll train you, but you’ve got to bring the effort
