Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Register new patients
- Collect and update patient information in the dental offices database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Applicants must reside in El Paso, TX
- Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working remotely and using technology
