Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities (Lead Teachers)
- Assisting with daily routines, classroom activities, and supervision (Assistant Teachers)
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Following state licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications:
Lead Teacher
- ECE certification, CDA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
Assistant Teacher
- Experience with children preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and support classroom goals
