Work hours: Monday - Friday 8 Hours between 7:00am-5:00pm (part year August-May) The anticipated start date for this position is August 3, 2026.
Reports to: Childcare Coordinator
Supervises: Gives input to Childcare Coordinator on Assistant Teacher performance
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience working in Early Childhood.
- Preference CDA or higher in Early Childhood
- If hired with High School Diploma, must obtain a CDA within two years of start
Starting Salary dependent on education:
High School Diploma/GED: $21.94
CDA: $24.13
Associate’s Degree: $26.54
Bachelor’s Degree: $29.20
Graduate Degree: $32.12
There is a 10-step wage scale built into this position that occurs annually.
This is a non-exempt position with a 90-day introductory period.
