Pre-K Lead — Kids & Co. Childcare Center (Turner, ME)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Kids & Co. is looking for a Pre-K Lead to join our growing team! We're a center-based childcare center in Turner serving children 6 weeks through 12 years old, and we're in the middle of an exciting expansion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in early childhood education — not just a job.

What you'll do:
- Lead our Pre-K classroom and create a safe, fun, structured environment
- Plan weekly activities aligned with Maine's Early Learning and Development Standards (MELDS)
- Support each child's individual interests, strengths, and school readiness
- Communicate daily with families about their child's progress
- Work closely with our leadership team and fellow team members
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Passion for early childhood education
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at any given time
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Has atleast a highschool diploma
