Kids2Dentist is hiring Front Office staff and Orthodontic Assistants for our Porterville and Delano, CA offices.
Orthodontic roles require travel between Delano and Porterville.

Open Positions
✔ Front Office Receptionist
✔ Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or RDA with Ortho Experience (traveling role)
Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Greet and assist patients and parents
- Schedule appointments and support daily workflow
- Chairside assisting and operatory setup/turnover
- Digital X-rays, scans, and clinical support (per certification)
- Orthodontic assisting for OA/Ortho roles
- Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance
- Support a smooth, efficient, child-friendly office environment
Qualifications
- Dental or medical office experience (preferred)
- DA or RDA license (required for clinical roles)
- For Ortho/OA: CA RDA license required; OAP preferred; 1 year ortho experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to travel between Delano & Porterville (ortho roles)
- Bilingual a plus
