Kids2Dentist is growing and hiring Front Office Receptionists, Dental Assistants (DA), Registered Dental Assistants (RDA), and Orthodontic Assistants (OA) for our Delano, CA office.
Orthodontic roles require travel between Delano and Porterville.

✔ Front Office Receptionist
✔ Dental Assistant (DA)
✔ Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
✔ Orthodontic Assistant (OA) / RDA with Ortho Experience (traveling role)
Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Greet and assist patients and parents
- Schedule appointments and support daily workflow
- Chairside assisting and operatory setup/turnover
- Digital X-rays, scans, and clinical support (per certification)
- Orthodontic assisting for OA/Ortho roles
- Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance
- Support a smooth, efficient, child-friendly office environment
Qualifications
- Dental or medical office experience (preferred)
- DA or RDA license (required for clinical roles)
- For Ortho/OA: CA RDA license required; OAP preferred; 1 year ortho experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to travel between Delano & Porterville (ortho roles)
- Bilingual a plus
