Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Philadelphia, PA | In-Field Role

Position Overview
- Full-time, part-time, and 1099 opportunities available
- In-field role providing services throughout Philadelphia
- Lead clinical care while supporting and supervising team members
- Work closely with families and interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
- Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts
- Collaborate with families and the ABA team to ensure high-quality, compliant care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2–3 years of ABA experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA regulations, supervision, and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
✨ $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Flexible Pay Bonus Structure
Take control of your schedule and earnings:
- Choose your weekly billable hour target (starting at 20 hours/week)
- Your selected target determines your guaranteed base salary
- Earn uncapped bonus pay for hours worked above your target
- Bonuses are calculated monthly and paid at an agreed-upon rate
Example:
- Target: 20 hours/week
- Worked: 28 hours/week
- Earn bonus pay for 8 additional hours/week
