Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Philadelphia, PA | In-Field Role
At Kidology, our BCBAs play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll lead assessments, guide clinical programming, and support a team of BHTs and RBTs—making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day.
This is an in-field position serving clients throughout the Philadelphia area, with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

Position Overview

  • Full-time, part-time, and 1099 opportunities available
  • In-field role providing services throughout Philadelphia
  • Lead clinical care while supporting and supervising team members
  • Work closely with families and interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
  • Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts
  • Collaborate with families and the ABA team to ensure high-quality, compliant care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 2–3 years of ABA experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA regulations, supervision, and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Flexible Pay Bonus Structure

Take control of your schedule and earnings:

  • Choose your weekly billable hour target (starting at 20 hours/week)
  • Your selected target determines your guaranteed base salary
  • Earn uncapped bonus pay for hours worked above your target
  • Bonuses are calculated monthly and paid at an agreed-upon rate
Example:

  • Target: 20 hours/week
  • Worked: 28 hours/week
  • Earn bonus pay for 8 additional hours/week
You control your workload—and your earning potential.
Additional Option:

  • 1099 opportunities available for those seeking fewer than 20 hours/week
