About Us
Kidfinity Pediatrics is a growing pediatric medical practice looking for a Medical Front Office Coordinator to manage our front desk, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient balance collections. This is a fast-paced, patient-facing role in a busy pediatric office.
What You'll Do
- Check patients in/out and manage front desk operations
- Schedule appointments across sick, well, and newborn visits
- Verify insurance eligibility ahead of appointments
- Collect co-pays and actively work outstanding patient balances/accounts receivable
- Answer phones and manage patient messages
- Maintain accurate records in our EMR
What You Bring (Required)
- 1–2 years of front office or medical office experience (pediatric/healthcare preferred)
- Experience collecting patient balances or working accounts receivable
- Comfortable having direct, professional conversations with parents about payment
- Strong communication and customer service skills with parents and children
- Reliable attendance — this role is central to daily office operations
