Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for toddler-aged children
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a daycare setting
- First aid certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
