We are looking for a dynamic detail orientated Subsidy Tuition Coordinator - we will train!
In this vital role, you will manage the administration of tuition subsidy programs, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with financial regulations, and effective communication with students and stakeholders. Your proactive approach will help streamline financial workflows, support student success, and uphold the integrity of our subsidy processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire subsidy tuition process, including application review, approval, and disbursement of funds
- Reconcile accounts related to subsidies, ensuring compliance
- Manage accounts receivable and payable related to subsidy payments and billing software systems
- Perform detailed account analysis using Excel data analysis techniques and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies or anomalies
- Conduct account reconciliation activities, including journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and debits & credits adjustments
- Communicate effectively with internal teams via phone etiquette and client communication protocols to resolve billing or account issues promptly
- Support governmental accounting requirements by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations for subsidy programs
- Assist with data entry tasks related to subsidy records, maintaining data accuracy across multiple financial systems
- Collaborate with the finance team on month-end closing activities involving account reconciliation and analysis skills
