What You’ll Do

• Create engaging weekly lesson plans using our Life Essentials® curriculum.
• Spark curiosity and critical thinking through play and meaningful conversations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and contribute to a strong team spirit.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED required; degree or CDA a plus.
• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a caring, positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (for child care and safety needs).
  
  
  

Schedule

• Part-time: 4-6 hour shifts
• Full-time: 8 hour shifts
• Morning shift availability (starting as early as 6:30 AM)
• Afternoon options also available
• Monday-Friday | No weekends!
