What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Toddler Teacher position at Busy Beaver Daycare Center?
The younger toddler head teacher must have 2 years of childcare experience (2500 documented hours), have or be able to obtain Pa child abuse clearance, criminal police clearance, FBI clearance, and NSOR clearance. Applicants must have a minimum of a HS diploma or GED. Degrees or CDAs are preferred!
Head teachers are responsible for lesson planning, decorating the classroom, communicating with parents through our Brightwheel app, and overseeing the staff working within their room. Applicants who are familiar with Keystone Stars is a plus!
All other training and on the job requirements are based off of DHS regulations and will be completed upon start. Pediatric CPR and First Aid a plus!

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
