What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher position at Kiddie Academy of Flushing?
Kiddie Academy of Flushing has an exciting opportunity for a patient, flexible and nurturing person to join us our team as an Toddler Teacher (12 months – 24 months). You’ll use your caring attitude, creative nature and excellent communication and collaboration skills in the classroom.
Responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children. Generally, is assisted in the classroom by an assistant teacher. Is responsible for ensuring that all parents and children concerns are appropriately addressed.
Qualifications:
-Candidates must hold a CDA or AA in ECE or 5 years experience in a child care setting
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong customer service mindset
-Coachable
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
