Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end programs through the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept to production.
Execution & Delivery: Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and budget objectives. Track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, quality, and operations to align priorities and drive project execution.
Process Improvement: Implement program management best practices and standardized tools to support efficient program execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and dependencies, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for visibility and decision-making.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in new product development.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field.
MBA is a plus but not required.
Ability to be onsite in the office for a minimum of 4 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing both hardware and software development programs.
Familiarity with requirement definition, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and testing.
Broad technical background across electrical, mechanical, software, or physical sciences.
Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while driving results.
