About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to support our value creation transformation. This role will be responsible for leading critical projects, running market and competitive analysis, and supporting our strategic planning cadences. This role will report to the Director of Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements. About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of the long-range and annual plan cadences interfacing with finance, product management, and other functions
- Run market analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks for the business
- Lead and support development and execution of strategic initiatives to solve critical business issues across multiple topics and geographies
- Manage complex problem solving on key business challenges by formulating working hypotheses, analyzing large sets of data from multiple sources, and making business recommendations to senior leadership
- Builds executive-ready presentations for executive team and BU President
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and presentation development
- Proficient with Office 365 suite, particularly MS Excel
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals
- Experience presenting complex recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with experience influencing and advising senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple high-priority efforts
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
