Kid Star Daycare is a new start up daycare located in the greater Mattawan and Paw Paw area of Michigan. Our program is supportive, fun, and professional. Our goal is to create a fun, educational and positive educational environment for the children we serve. Our focus is to develop our plans of a language institute where your child is learning another language through plan and learning times. Spanish skill is a plus.

Our teaching staff follows various age appropriate curriculums and ensures our students are safe, and that their environment is clean and organized. We engage children in age-appropriate play and activities, and ensure that their emotional, social, physical, and educational needs are met. We are positive role models for children and professional, amazing partners to parents.
A Program Director must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess an associates or equivalent education.
- Have one of the following: a CDA with 18 semester credits in child development, a four-year degree in elementary education, or a four-year degree in a related child development field.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or child development.
- Certified in CPR, First Aid, and heath and safety trainings or obtain certification upon hire.
- Complete a Tuberculosis test and physical and provide a physician's documentation of both.
- Submit to various background checks including those by the Department of Human Services and the Michigan State Police Department.
- Have been fingerprinted for further background examination.
- Acceptable driving record. Provide a copy of the driving record to be included in personnel file if needed. Possibly attain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
- Experience working in either a classroom or similar size daycare.
- Pay is contingent on experience.
- Be available as early as 6:45 am and as late as 5:30 pm M-F

- Monday to Friday at Daycare Center, Hours of operation 7:00am-5:30pm
