What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Teacher position at Kid Kare Academy, Inc.?
Teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive and nurturing classroom environment. Teachers are also responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans where the children can learn, be creative, and solve problems independently. He/she will guide students in their learning journey while collaborating with families and support staff to promote their overall development.
In order to be considered for this position, you must:
-meet all state licensing requirements
-pass a criminal background check
-AAS degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred, but not required)
-dependable
-experience (preferred, but not required)
-excellent communication and people skills
