- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
- **Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- High School Graduate / Associates/Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred, or 5 years experience
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant certification
