We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This position involves working with children from infancy to school-age, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and individualized care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills and emotional growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Supervise children's activities to ensure they are safe and constructive.
- Keep the daycare environment clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
