Duties
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development using curriculum development strategies.
- Support children with special education needs through tailored activities and early intervention techniques.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying behavior management principles and classroom management skills.
- Assist with toddler care routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, working closely with them to encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress and participate in assessments such as standardized testing when applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment aligned with best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methods.
Skills

- Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
