Skills: A BDC Manager and Internet Sales Specialist must have advanced technology skills, be organized, and the ability to monitor sales leads and maintain customer files. You must be enthusiastic, positive, customer-oriented, and adapt easily to change and go above and beyond his duties to help a customer. Work with one of the fastest growing dealerships in the Nation as a Top Five Franchise.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Internet Leads within 5-minutes.
Have strong telephone and computer skills
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
Manage and follow-up customer leads daily.
Maintain accurate customer information and notes.
Knowledge of all products, services, and dealership policies.
Internet and technology skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Set and confirm customer appointments.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED required
Proficient Internet skills
Automotive sales experience and BDC department a must
Excellent customer service attitude.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
All applicants must pass background and DMV checks, drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
