Kia Delray is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our high-volume, customer-focused team. Qualifications:Key Responsibilities

Present and sell finance and insurance products in a professional and compliant manner

Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining lender and regulatory compliance

Secure approvals from a network of prime, near-prime, and subprime lenders

Accurately finalize and submit deals using CDK Drive

Ensure all deal paperwork is complete, signed, and properly packaged prior to funding

Maintain strong CSI by clearly explaining finance products and contract terms to customers

Work closely with Sales Managers and Accounting to ensure smooth deal flow and funding timelines
Qualifications

Prior experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required

Strong knowledge of lender programs, deal structuring, and compliance requirements

Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment

Proficiency with CDK and digital contracting platforms preferred

Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
