BDC Sales Representative

Sales Business Development Opportunity – Join a Top-Performing Automotive Dealership in Delray Beach!

Kia Delray is seeking a driven Automotive BDC Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries for an in-demand brand with an outstanding reputation. We’re looking for someone eager to grow their career in sales and technology, with a positive mindset and a strong customer focus. Experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right person.

A successful dealership starts with a great BDC team, and we are looking for a motivated team player who is ready to make an impact.

BDC Representative Responsibilities

• Generate appointments and quotes through proactive inbound/outbound communication and lead management.

• Respond to internet leads and call-ins immediately.

• Manage and engage with customers through our live chat platform.

• Listen closely to customer needs to provide thoughtful guidance and vehicle recommendations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest satisfaction standards.

• Partner closely with sales consultants to hand off qualified leads and detailed customer information.

• Direct customers to online product resources as needed.

• Check and respond to email inquiries promptly.

• Facilitate the sales process by collecting and updating customer data.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

• Ability to collaborate professionally with customers, coworkers, and all dealership departments.

• Consistently meet and exceed established goals.

• Follow proven sales processes and techniques.

• Attend required training sessions (online and in-person).

• Maintain a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and effective written and verbal communication.

• Strong computer proficiency is required.

• Reliable attendance and weekend availability are essential.

• Ability to perform all functions in a fast-paced environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
