Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
- Hang hooks & parts on the Paint line following the identified priorities
- Manually apply powder paint to production parts
- Perform Paint Color Changeovers
- Tape parts coming down from the line, to protect them from scratches
- Inspect & pack parts off of the line (assemble as necessary)
- Record bad parts to keep accurate records
- Maintain proper ph levels and mil thicknesses
- Monitor paint shelf life and re-certify as necessary PM entire Paintline
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
- This is a 1st Shift Position
- Hours are 6am-2pm Monday -Friday
