KI is seeking an Order Entry Editor to support our OEI Government team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay. This role plays a key part in providing accurate, timely order entry for our federal and state sales teams, helping ensure smooth order processing and strong customer satisfaction.

KI is seeking an Order Entry Editor to support our OEI Government team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay. This role plays a key part in providing accurate, timely order entry for our federal and state sales teams, helping ensure smooth order processing and strong customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders to computerized order system.
- Maintain order entry paperwork files.
- Back check orders on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update customer-pricing requirements.
- Maintain and update OEI cross-reference file.
- Process bill only and post ship orders.
- Check confirms against original order.
- Proofread and edit customer purchase orders before entering.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of order entry, data entry or customer service experience.
- Experience with BPCS preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes preferred.
