What you’ll do as an Electronics Repair Technician: As a Repair Technician, you will be a fully integrated member of our lab team and gain hands-on experience across both the technical repair and the customer service process.
You will:
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot Conduct thorough intake testing to identify primary and secondary hardware issues
- Analyze device behavior to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines
- Repair & Restore
- Perform high-quality component replacements, including screens, batteries, and ports
- Execute basic soldering tasks and modular hardware upgrades
- Manage the Customer Experience
- Translate complex technical jargon into simple, transparent explanations for clients
- Manage expectations regarding repair times and potential outcomes with empathy and professionalism
- Drive Retail Excellence
- Utilize our internal management system (OrderGenius) to track parts and document detailed ticket notes
- Ensure every device passes a rigorous quality control (QC) checklist before being returned to the customer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and bench area

- Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in electronics repair or a related technical field
- Proficiency in English, and any other languages is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or service)
- Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with basic hand tools
- Basic soldering skills and a fundamental understanding of electronic components
