Job Description:
- Work with multiple project managers concurrently to support projects in various phases of design and construction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain external and internal cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
- Report accurate updates to cost reports, forecasts, and accruals.
- Responsible for quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
- Compare schedule to financial data to validate consistency with project timeline.
- Integrate schedule data and other data sources in Excel via formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project controls team.
- Budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.
- Responsible for the review of upstream (prime contract) / downstream (PO & subcontract) change orders.
- Manage integrated data from one program to another.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, or Construction staff.
