Responsibilities: Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns Review of high net worth individual returns Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters Identify tax planning opportunities Train staff on new tax codes Create marketing materials for new tax codes Handle and resolve tax controversies Training and supervision of staff Requirements Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting CPA is a must 12+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities Experience managing & mentoring staff The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
