Requirements We are seeking someone who combines strong technical finance skills with business acumen and communication ability Should be comfortable working with large data sets, building models from the ground up, and telling a clear story with numbers A typical background would include several years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or a hybrid role, with exposure to working closely with non-finance stakeholders Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems is highly valued Just as important, you bring a proactive mindset-you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for ways to drive impact beyond reporting The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
