You will report directly to the Senior Director for Operational Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As the Honeywell Aerospace Senior Operational Excellence Analyst, you will have the broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills, while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance performance.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
- Combine data from multiple systems to create Data Visualizations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
- Support workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices and transformation methodologies.
- Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during transformation projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transformation and operational efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in Transformation or Change Management.
- 5-7 years of experience in Program/project management, process development, or related area.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- SAP and SharePoint experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Global cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proven experience on continues improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Data Science preferred.
