Project Manager / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support a strategic IT initiative focused on the reimplementation of ServiceNow (SNOW). This role requires a hands-on contributor who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently drive project execution while performing in-depth business analysis. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:

• Actively manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
• Track, monitor, and drive project tasks to completion
• Document team tasks and follow up to ensure accountability
• Manage and report on project financials and budget performance
  
  

Business Analysis

• Review and assess existing ITSM processes
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and process maps
• Provide actionable insights to align ITSM processes with business goals
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in hybrid PM/BA roles within IT projects
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skilled in creating project artifacts and business documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
