This role requires a hands-on contributor who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently drive project execution while performing in-depth business analysis. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Actively manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Track, monitor, and drive project tasks to completion
- Document team tasks and follow up to ensure accountability
- Manage and report on project financials and budget performance
- Review and assess existing ITSM processes
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and process maps
- Provide actionable insights to align ITSM processes with business goals
- Proven experience in hybrid PM/BA roles within IT projects
- Strong technical knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in creating project artifacts and business documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
- A proactive -worker bee- who contributes directly to project execution
- Comfortable balancing planning with hands-on delivery
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Brings deep expertise in IT process analysis and improvement
