Workday Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Overview:
We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented professional to assist with Workday testing and support during our team transition. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Workday Analyst will participate in Workday testing and implementation
* Support month-end close processes, including accruals
* Maintain detailed and accurate notes
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision
* Collaborate with team members, asking questions and communicating effectively-especially when working remotely
* As a Workday Analyst, you will serve as a utility player capable of adapting to changing needs
* Work independently and be willing to dig into details as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Workday implementation and accruals
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
