UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybridUX Designer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This UX Designer role on the Product Research and Design team will work as part of the Digital On Premise Ordering product team, which includes product managers and product designers.

During this assignment, the UX Designer will be responsible for:
* Quickly getting up to speed on the clients competitive analysis of Self Service Kiosks available in the quick serve (QSR) market and becoming familiar with current kiosk capabilities within the clients brands
* Mapping out the in-store ordering experience and understanding the differences between off-prem ordering and on-prem kiosk ordering
* Evaluating the usability and design quality of the current kiosk-based ordering experience and working with stakeholders in product management and product design to recommend changes, enhancements, new features
* Designing the future kiosk-based customer experience, including design mockups and/or design prototype of key ordering flows, reward redemption flows, payment flows, etc.
* Complying with the clients design system for online ordering products as needed, and extending or creating elements of the design system for in-store products
* Additional duties, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
