Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Dublin, CA.
Summary:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully within scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. The role also requires a strong understanding of solution architecture, engineering development lifecycle, and emerging technologies such as AI to effectively guide delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile or hybrid)
* Good understanding of solution architecture and system integration concepts
* Familiarity with engineering development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
* Exposure to AI/automation-driven solutions or data-driven platforms
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
