Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in New York, NY.
Summary:
The Senior IT Project Manager leads the planning and delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to align technical execution with organizational goals while maintaining strong governance, communication, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and alignment
* Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Provide clear project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
* Ensure quality standards, timelines, and financial controls are met
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 8 years of IT project or program management experience
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
