RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, execute, and measure demand generation campaigns that support sales objectives and pipeline growth
* Manage marketing automation activities, including email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign workflows
* Partner with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop campaign messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies
* Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements to increase engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness
* Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting key audiences and customer segments
* Create and manage digital programs, including webinars, virtual events, content promotions, and other lead-generation initiatives
* Optimize existing nurture programs and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey
* Support CRM and marketing automation platform administration, data quality, and campaign processes
* Manage campaign schedules, stakeholder coordination, reporting, testing, and ongoing optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
* 2 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, CRM, or marketing operations
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Eloqua
* Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems
* Experience developing email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, and lead-generation initiatives
* Experience with requirements gathering, campaign reporting, testing, and optimization
* Experience using data to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements
* Knowledge of account-based marketing, digital advertising, and campaign analytics
* Strong written communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, customers, and external partners
* Marketing automation or CRM certifications are preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
