RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) Developer with a strong focus on Web Intelligence (WebI) reporting. This role supports a small to mid-size SAP environment and requires hands-on experience working directly with SAP data, not relying on upstream data teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning reports end-to-end and partnering closely with business users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, modify, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) reports
* Validate WebI reports against SAP tables and/or SAP transaction codes (TCODEs)
* Troubleshoot, fix, and clean up existing reports to improve accuracy and usability
* Work directly in SAP S/4HANA to identify and pull data from raw tables
* Develop and maintain BusinessObjects Universes
* Support and participate in BusinessObjects upgrades, including upcoming upgrades planned before year-end
* Partner closely with business users to understand reporting needs and resolve issues
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting functionality remains stable and accurate

Day-to-Day Activities:
* Fixing and enhancing existing WebI reports
* Cleaning up legacy or underperforming reports
* Responding to user questions and reporting issues
* Supporting BusinessObjects platform upgrades
* Validating data accuracy and ensuring reports align with SAP source data

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects, with flexibility for strong candidates slightly above or below this range
* Strong hands-on experience with Web Intelligence (WebI) reporting
* Solid knowledge of BusinessObjects Universes and universe development
* Experience working directly with SAP S/4HANA tables and data
* Strong understanding of where data lives in SAP and how to extract it independently
* Experience validating reports against SAP tables and/or TCODES

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
