Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Charlotte, NC.
Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager with a blend of Business Analyst capabilities to support ongoing initiatives within a conversational technology environment. This role will partner closely with an existing Project Manager to drive delivery across IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant/chatbot) projects. The position is heavily weighted toward project management responsibilities, with some analytical and documentation support required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project operations, timelines, and deliverables
* Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
* Organize and maintain project documentation, requirements, and workflows
* Partner with technical and business teams to support IVR and IVA initiatives
* Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement efforts as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in Project Management (approximately 80% PM focus)
* Experience working on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) projects (required)
* Familiarity with Business Analyst responsibilities (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination)
* Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and other project tracking/documentation platforms
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting IVA/chatbot or conversational AI technologies
* Exposure to merger and acquisition-related projects
* Ability to work in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
Work Environment:
* Hybrid Agile delivery model
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
