RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an onsite Project Coordinator to join their team in Knoxville, TN.
Key Tasks:
* Project Coordinator will provide deal processing functions, evaluate exposure and complete reviews, manage information, and enter customer data into the billing system
* Provide deal processing functions for the team to include the evaluation and processing of reviews, information management, entering customer data in the billing system, and the administration of applications and other required paperwork
* Coordinate with the sales department to ensure timely approval and resolve customer credit issues
* As a Project Coordinator, you will support invoicing of direct bill and fleet customer accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Receivable, Technology, Sales, billing card companies, store Team Members and other departments as needed
* Assist with implementation and testing of new programs and technology
REQUIREMENTS:

* Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaborative, team-oriented
* Willing to continue learning and take on more complex work overtime

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
