Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vendor Management Senior Analyst/Lead in Scottsdale, AZ. Duties Include:
- Lead and mentor vendor management team; Oversee workload, training, and quality standards
- Act as escalation point for vendor issues and cross-functional inquiries
- Manage complete vendor setup and maintenance in enterprise systems
- Communicate onboarding requirements clearly to suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure accurate submission and validation of required documentation (tax, banking, compliance, etc.)
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other teams to maintain accurate vendor data
- Monitor shared inbox and deliver high-quality customer service
- Support planning and continuity tasks during critical operational periods
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure efficiency
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to vendor workflows
- Track bottlenecks, risks, and readiness metrics; Report to leadership
- Assist with special projects and system transitions as needed
- 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- 3-5 years in vendor management, procurement, master data, or supply chain
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work onsite as required
