Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support recruiting strategies and brand presence
- Plan and coordinate campus events, including presentations and networking sessions
- Maintain consistent engagement with target schools to enhance candidate pipelines
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for early career candidates
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field
