Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a senior, client-facing Client Lead to manage third-party onboarding across North America within the RIO Programme. Summary: This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, translating current-state operating models into a target-state framework on the IMOS platform. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in custody environments, strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced change delivery environment. This Boston-based role collaborates closely with a global team, including offshore partners in India and leadership in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

This Boston-based role collaborates closely with a global team, including offshore partners in India and leadership in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third parties throughout onboarding
- Manage relationships with custodians, transfer agents, fund administrators, brokers, counterparties, and collateral managers
- Clearly define scope, timelines, sequencing, and success criteria for onboarding
- Lead full lifecycle onboarding including intake, due diligence, connectivity setup, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure proper documentation, evidence capture, and contingency/backout planning
- Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Testing, and Reference Data teams
- Ensure alignment across trade lifecycle processes, including cash management and corporate actions
- Oversee SWIFT and SFTP connectivity design and certification
- Resolve non-standard messaging formats and integration challenges
- Manage UAT cycles, including planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics to track onboarding progress
- Provide clear, concise updates in daily governance forums
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- 10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on onboarding, operations, or change delivery
- Strong ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of custody environments, including processes, controls, and service models
- Expertise in SWIFT messaging and connectivity solutions
- Strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, cash management, and corporate actions
