Kforce's client, a very successful, independent CPA firm located in North Jersey with 30 professionals, is seeking a full-time Tax Manager or Supervisor with 5 years of recent diverse tax experience working at a public accounting firm. This firm offers a hybrid in office work schedule, way better hours than the typical CPA firm, and great compensation and benefits - along with a terrific career path to Director and beyond! Responsibilities:
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

- Performance a variety of tax compliance and planning services for clients in numerous industries-real estate, construction, manufacturing, pro services, NFP and more
- Assist in planning and running client engagements, including billing and time analysis
- Degree in Accounting
- CPA is a plus 5 years of recent public accounting tax experience 1040, 1041, 1120, 1065, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $114,750 - $155,250
