Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting specifically related to consulting and professional services hiring for the Technology and Financial Services positions
- Familiar MS Office required and Workday is an asset but not required
- Other candidate ATS and/or CRMs experience can include Taleo, Beeline Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors)
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team
- Experience recruiting in the financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar is preferred
- Ability to be successful working in a remote setting
- Direct sourcing experience
- Cold calling experience
- Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles
- Strategy& recruiting experience is a plus
- Agile, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data-driven, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
