Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Analyst in Woodbridge, VA. Responsibilities:
- System Analyst will administer and maintain Cityworks AMS and PLL platforms
- Design, configure, and optimize Cityworks workflows
- Administer and support ITpipes for CCTV inspection workflows
- Lead system integrations with GIS (Esri), financial systems, SCADA, and other enterprise platforms
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Cityworks Analytics, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SEEQ
- Provide advanced user support, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with GIS staff for spatial data integration
- As a System Analyst, you will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Cityworks support
- Lead/support Cityworks-related projects (expansions, mobile deployments, migrations)
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
