Kforce is working with a client in search of a dynamic Structured Capital Markets professional to lead financing strategies for asset-based finance (ABF) investments in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing ABF investing and capital markets platform. Summary: As a Structured Capital Markets Principal, you will partner closely with deal teams to design innovative financing solutions, execute strategies, and manage the entire financing process from start to finish. In this outward-facing role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and bank lenders, syndicate financings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. - Develop and execute creative financing strategies for ABF investments
- Partner with investment teams to structure and source financings
- Manage all aspects of the financing process, including lender engagement and syndication
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with lending institutions and internal teams
- Drive execution with precision and urgency in a dynamic environment
- 6-8 years in ABF debt origination or capital markets
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of structured capital markets and asset-based products (e.g., residential mortgage, consumer loans, transportation)
- Skills: Strong negotiation, project management, and execution capabilities
- Attributes: Highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented with exceptional judgment
- Presence: Comfortable in an outward-facing role with significant interaction across lenders and stakeholders

Salary : $190,000 - $215,000
