What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spare Parts Coordinator position at Kforce Inc.?
- Spare Parts Coordinator will work on problems of moderately complex scope
- Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input
- Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action
- As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will follow established guidelines and interprets policies
- Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations
- First level University degree or equivalent experience
- Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Mastery in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent with SAP, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
- Setup and maintenance of spares master list in plan of record tools including tracking progress across the organization
- Updating various other tools and info for the spares team
- Locating/taking and editing pictures of parts to upload in tracking systems
- Knowledge of BOM's
- Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP
- Developed understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance
- Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis
- Ability to follow and adhere to Company Safety Standards and procedures
- Project management experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
