Kforce is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Manager of Total Rewards for a hybrid opportunity in Saint Louis, MO. This role blends strategy and execution, overseeing compensation programs, supporting M&A activities, and guiding benefits initiatives. The position requires a highly organized, self-driven professional comfortable working in a matrixed environment with senior leadership exposure, while managing key vendor relationships and supporting HR systems and retirement programs. Responsibilities:

The position requires a highly organized, self-driven professional comfortable working in a matrixed environment with senior leadership exposure, while managing key vendor relationships and supporting HR systems and retirement programs. Responsibilities:
- Lead design, administration, and governance of executive and leadership compensation programs, including merit, incentive, long-term, and deferred plans
- Prepare materials and support Compensation Committee meetings; Partner with external consultants for benchmarking and program evaluation
- Conduct annual market pricing, maintain enterprise compensation philosophy, and oversee merit/incentive cycles
- Develop dashboards and tools to enhance transparency, governance, and decision-making
- Advise on regulatory trends, pay equity, compliance, and lead cross-portfolio strategic initiatives
- Manage communication to ensure consistent adoption of compensation programs
- Provide oversight of enterprise benefits strategy and governance; serve on fiduciary and 401(k) committees
- Lead annual benefits renewals, recommend design decisions, and support portfolio alignment
- Support benefits diligence, cost modeling, and post-acquisition integration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7-10 years in total rewards with executive compensation expertise; CCP or similar preferred
- Experience preparing board/committee materials and leading M&A diligence/integration
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills; able to influence in a matrixed environment
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
