- Analyze and apply risk mitigants and realize opportunities
- Perform risk-based audits and develop global best practices
- Participate on audits of wholly owned subsidiaries, business units, horizontal reviews, and special projects
- Perform audit testing and document audit procedures following the department's audit methodology
- Document process/workflows and write narratives
- Collaborate with Audit team/management in the development of risk and control matrices and audit programs
- Responsible for communicating findings and suggestions to process owners and management
- Obtain a detailed understanding of each business unit's processes, market, and industry practices
- Validate resolution of findings
- Perform root cause analysis
- CPA/CIA preferred, or some other comparable certification or progress towards obtaining one
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience with internal audit, external audit, consulting, or related, etc.
- Exceptional business acumen and a strong willingness to learn
- Strong knowledge of Operational Audits
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required; Teammate is a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
